Spring Commissioning 

Please follow the steps below to make sure you’re ready for boating season. Don’t delay, launch dates fill up faster than you might think. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Commissioning Form

Use our online Commissioning Form to request commissioning services, routine maintenance services, and launch. Even if you wish to opt out of commissioning services, you are still required to fill out this form to schedule your launch. If you selected commissioning services, please make sure that your boat keys are either in the boat or brought to the Service Department prior to launch and commissioning. Also, please return all batteries to your boat prior to launch.

 

Scheduling Your Launch Date

Immediately after completing your commissioning form, you will be prompted to schedule your launch date. This is not to be confused with your departure date. Unless you requested no commissioning services from us, your boat will not be ready for departure on your launch date. After launching, our technicians will then perform any requested commissioning services. We will notify you when service is completed, which is typically within 48 hours after your launch date. Once you have been notified, you will have up to 48 hours from that point to prepare your boat for departure. Before you cast off, check in with our service department to obtain clearance for departure. Once you’ve completed these steps, set sail and enjoy your boating season!

 

Check-In for Departure

Prior to your departure from our marina we require that you check in with the Service Department to obtain clearance for departure. All balances must be paid in full to obtain clearance for departure.
