Inside Storage Rules & Requirements

To ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers and their vessels, we ask that you follow these rules and requirements. This way, we can all do our part to maintain a great winter storage experience for everyone. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in the reduction of facility access. Thank you.

Hours

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Daily
• Storage buildings will be accessible to our customers only during normal business hours.
• Key card is required for access to storage buildings.

Smoking

• NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside any storage building.

Minor Repairs

• Minor repairs and finishing work may be performed by the BOAT OWNER during the above hours. No dirty work. Power sprayers and power sanders/grinders may not be used in the building. Please check with our service manager before starting any work which may impact surrounding boats. Boat owners who wish to sand or apply bottom paint may request their boat be moved outside prior to their scheduled launch date.

Auxiliary Heat

• Auxiliary heat of any type is not permitted, including cooking appliances.

Third-Party Labor

• No outside laborer, serviceman, owner’s employees, vendor, or independent contractor shall be permitted to provide work or service to any boat in storage unless specifically authorized by Larsen Marine.

Power Cords

• Power cords MUST be unplugged before you leave the building. The building and work being performed will be monitored by Larsen Marine employees. Electric power in the building will be shut off after hours.

Holding Tanks

• Holding tanks must be pumped and rinsed prior to haul out.

Overhead Doors

• Do not open the overhead doors more than halfway.
• The opening of overhead doors is only permitted on days with light wind and an outside temperature that is above 60 degrees.

Security

• It is the customer’s responsibility to secure their belongings and vessel.
• Please be aware, that our entire facility is under 24-hour video surveillance. This includes our yard and all storage buildings.
