The Bridge
We encourage you to utilize our electronics demo facility “The Bridge,” created to help expand your knowledge of both the basic fundamentals and complex characteristics of marine electronics. Join us at our public seminars, or by one-on-one appointment, where we teach the necessary considerations for proper selection, installation, and use of marine electronic equipment. We have on display a wide variety of electronics from a number of manufacturers. Visit us to see the latest technology, and to have a “hands on experience” if you’re looking to upgrade or refit.

Our Certifications
ABYC Master Technician
Marine Electrical Certified – The ABYC Electrical Certification has become the most recognizable and credible demonstration of skill mastery in the marine electrical service and installation field worldwide.
Marine Corrosion Certified – Technicians with this certification practice a thorough understanding of the types of corrosion, corrosion protection, and how to perform systematic corrosion analysis.
ABYC Standards Certified – The ABYC Electrical Certification provides technicians with a comprehensive and focused understanding of the key ABYC Standards and addresses specific compliance standards relevant to engineers, installers, compliance inspectors, and marine surveyors.
FCC Licensed
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Certification is the most rigorous approval process for RF Devices. RF devices have the greatest potential to cause harmful interference to radio services. The FCC is responsible for managing and licensing the electromagnetic spectrum for commercial users and for non-commercial users including state, county, and local governments. This includes public safety, commercial and non-commercial wireless services, fixed and mobile wireless services, broadcast television, radio, satellite, and other services.
NMEA Certified Technician
The NMEA Certified Marine Electronics Technician (CMET) program’s main goal is to elevate the best and brightest marine electronic technicians in the industry. Ultimately, assuring the boat owner that they have received the highest quality design, installation, and service of their marine electronics package. Achieving the CMET certification requires an in-depth knowledge of marine electronics theory, practical experience installing and troubleshooting electronics on-board a vessel, and a high level of professionalism.
Manufacturer Certified Installer
Larsen Marine is a manufacturer certified installer and repair center for the electronic equipment we sell. We sell, service, and custom install a wide variety of marine electronics including auto-pilots, radars, sonars, GPS units, sailing instruments, and more. In most cases, equipment installed by a certified dealer will extend your warranty.
